mmmm... I was soux chef for this particular manoeuvre. I julienned the cucumber, slice the avocado, detailed and sliced the shrimplets, tidied up the bean sprouts... and watched while W. carefully softened, filled, and wrapped/rolled the final product. Let me just say the final product was delicious.
