long day's journey into night

It's been a long day in front of the computer. I need to put in a couple more hours while I'm looking after this other child and guarding the homestead while my parental units are at a West Indian dinner with the Fort St. John caribbean contingent.
Anyhow, just a few more hours of dedicated schoolwork. The child (a nice little 4 year old boy I might add) is watching Barbie's fairytopia. This should be interesting... not because a boy is watching a barbie movie... just that it is a barbie in cgi and I've seen far too many of these barbie cgi films lately. And by too many I mean two others... Rapunzel and Swan Lake. That's what I get for looking after small children.
